No. Many clients give us access arrangements and are out during the visit. Whatever you prefer, we agree the arrangement in writing first so there is no confusion at the door.
Yes, we bring everything. If you would rather we use your own products — because of allergies, pets or a surface that needs something specific — just tell us and we will.
It depends on the size of the home and how often you would like us. We give free estimates and quote after seeing the space, rather than quoting a number that changes once we arrive.
