JustyClean is owned and run by Mathew and Justine. Between them they have around 18 years of experience in commercial cleaning, and the company exists because of what that experience taught them.
Most cleaning contracts do not fail on day one. They fail slowly — a subcontractor takes over, the crew changes every few weeks, nobody owns the scope, and six months later the client is doing the follow-up themselves. Mathew and Justine decided to run a company that could not fail that way.
So the model is deliberately simple. We do not subcontract. The same team is assigned to your building. The scope is written down and agreed before the first clean, so there is no argument later about what was included. And because we are owner-operated, when you raise something you are talking to the people who can actually change it.
We are fully insured, we give free estimates, and we would rather turn down work we cannot service properly than take it and let you down.

No. We agree a written scope so both sides know what is included, but we are not interested in tying clients into something they want out of. Most people stay because the work is consistent.
