North York is considerably denser than the York Region towns to the north. Much of the commercial space is vertical — office towers and professional suites along the Yonge and Sheppard corridors, medical and dental practices on upper floors, and a great deal of condominium common area.
That changes the practicalities more than the cleaning itself. Loading access, service elevators, security sign-in and after-hours building rules all have to be worked around, and they differ building to building.

For suites in managed buildings we work to the building's own rules — booking service elevators where required, signing in with security, and cleaning within permitted hours. We confirm all of it in writing before the first visit.
North York is at the southern end of our service area, so we quote scheduled recurring work here rather than short-notice jobs.
