We put commercial floors on a proper cycle: routine cleaning to keep grit off the surface, periodic scrubbing or buffing to restore appearance, and stripping and refinishing only when the floor genuinely needs it. The right cycle depends on the material, so we identify what you have before recommending anything.

Less often than most people are sold. With regular scrubbing and buffing, many commercial floors only need a full strip and refinish every year or two. Stripping more often than necessary wears the floor down.
Common commercial surfaces — vinyl and VCT, tile and grout, sealed concrete, laminate and finished hardwood. We identify the material first, because the wrong product on the wrong floor causes damage that cleaning cannot undo.
Scrubbing and buffing are usually walkable the same night. A full strip and refinish needs longer to cure, so we schedule it over a weekend or a closure and tell you the actual timing before booking.
