Innisfil runs along the west shore of Lake Simcoe, and that shapes the cleaning work here. Alongside the year-round residential base in Alcona and the surrounding communities, there is a significant number of seasonal, waterfront and second properties.
Seasonal properties need a different approach from a weekly house clean: an opening clean at the start of the season, closing at the end, and turnover cleans in between. Those are one-time bookings with hard dates, so we are careful only to commit to dates we can actually hold.

For waterfront and second properties, the most useful bookings are seasonal open and close cleans plus turnovers between stays. For year-round homes we schedule recurring visits during the day.
Innisfil is at the northern edge of our service area. That is not a problem for planned work, but it does mean we prefer scheduled bookings over short-notice call-outs, and we will say so honestly rather than over-promise.

Yes. Opening cleans, closing cleans and turnovers between stays are the most common requests we get in Innisfil, and they are booked as one-time visits with a confirmed date.
For planned, scheduled work, yes. Short-notice call-outs are harder this far north, and we would rather tell you that up front than let you down on the day.
