Multi-floor offices, boardroom and reception presentation, shared kitchens, and carpet maintenance in traffic lanes are the most common requests. Clinics and plaza retail make up much of the rest.
Cleaning is typically scheduled after close or overnight. Markham is at the further end of our York Region coverage, so we are honest at quoting stage about which schedules we can commit to reliably.

We cover Markham from our Aurora base and will tell you honestly at quoting stage whether we can commit to the schedule you need. We would rather decline than take on a contract we cannot service properly.
